Cleveland Cliffs Tubular components is Hiring a Shipping Clerk - 2nd Shift Near Columbus, IN
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the Shipping window.
- Communicate and provide direction to visitors and truck drivers.
- Manage the primary shipping phone line.
- Timely and accurately complete Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) on a daily basis.
- Provide administrative support to the shipping department.
- Receive and distribute packages delivered to the shipping office.
- Coordinate with Shipping and Sales to ensure customer shipping requirements are met.
- Cross Train with shipping office personnel.
- Provide 2nd shift Shipping Clerk coverage as requested.
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned - based on experience other duties may include mobile equipment and shipping responsibilities.
- H.S. Diploma required.
- Ability to Multitask, detail-oriented, great organizational skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 45lbs.
- Previous experience in a shipping environment preferred.
- Excellent Attendance
- Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.
